Example Manufacturing (synthetic) (Customer Operations) selected 4 AI Workers. Preferred starting worker: Customer Service / Knowledge. Primary success KPI: Response / turnaround time.
Customer's preferred starting worker
Customer Service / Knowledge
Shortlisted — provisional recommendation #1
How the ranking works
Method
- Customer preference, potential business value and readiness are assessed separately; there is no combined score.
- Workers whose value and readiness inputs are all known are shortlisted provisionally by value, then readiness, then customer preference.
- Workers with any unknown input sit in a separate Needs review lane. This means 'not enough information yet', not 'low priority'.
- The customer's preferred starting worker is always shown, whether or not it is shortlisted. Staff weigh that preference in review.
